2. Booking and Payments
A. Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, phone, or email.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
B. Pricing & Payments

Prices are based on the service requested, property size, and condition.

Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
C. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a 50% service charge.

Refunds are issued only if a service is canceled within the allowed timeframe.
3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe access to the property and disclose any potential hazards.

Valuable or fragile items should be stored securely before cleaning services begin.

If additional work is required due to excessive dirt or clutter, additional fees may apply.
4. Liability & Damages

We take care to prevent damage, but Bradwell Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damages.

If damage occurs during a cleaning, it must be reported within 24 hours for review.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of appliances, fixtures, or surfaces.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional cost.

Requests made after this period may be subject to additional charges.
6. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect and use customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.
7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

A customer is abusive, threatening, or dishonest.

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions are present.

Repeated cancellations or payment issues occur.
